SUMMARY:Sponsor the weekend
DESCRIPTION:We’re trying to make this weekend as affordable as possible for folks\, since many COVID conscious people struggle to work full time out of the house due to risk\, disability or chronic illness. We’ve chosen the most affordable venues we can\, but an event at this scale still requires a lot of locations. If you can help us offset some costs by $100 or $200\, that means we can offer discounted tickets to our events. We’d love to honor your help by mentioning you by name (unless you prefer to remain anonymous). \nIn return\, I’ll provide you with a P&L statement so you know where all the money for the event was used\, and can feel secure about your donation.

SUMMARY:Mani/Pedis at TLC Nails
DESCRIPTION:The Venue \nBefore the pandemic\, I always drove to a nail place in Wilsonville\, because they gave the best mani/pedis I’d had. Excellent massages\, fantastic prices. You can check out pictures of TLC and ratings on Yelp. They’re giving us the entire space from 5:30-7:30pm on Friday\, Feb 28th. I can accommodate 20 appointment slots. This means we can all be there together. \nPrecautions \nAll providers will be wearing n95 masks throughout\, and I will be bringing in every air purifier I have and will place them at 4:30pm. The space is HUGE\, but be aware\, the unmasked public will have been in the space until 5:30pm that day. This is an ages 8+ event\, and everyone must wear an N95 or KN95 the entire time. There is no food or drinks\, please leave the venue to take your mask off. \nPricing \nThey have new pricing and you will be paying exact pricing for what they’ve given me plus paypal fees\, and you need to bring cash so you can tip your provider separately. These tickets are non-refundable but they are transferrable (and if I can help find someone to take them I’ll try). \n

No SIP valves or exhaust vents on masks\, please. There is no eating or drinking during the show\, and if you need to remove your mask for any reason\, please leave the theater to do so. If you arrive after 9:30pm\, you won’t be able to get in\, and forfeit the ticket. The theater is charging me $250\, and I am passing that cost along (18 ppl\, $14 each). SUMMARY:Bowling at Kingpins
DESCRIPTION:This is a private bowling event for COVID Conscious bowlers. Air purifiers will be added to the event space where possible. We will be the only bowlers in the space\, all staff will be masked with N95s we provide. We’ve also been informed there may be limited deliveries during this time by unmasked people\, but these will take place in the back\, and shouldn’t be in our space.  This space opens to the general public at 10:45 am. \nCHILDREN\nThis is an all age event\, but families with kids will stay on one side of the bowling alley\, with a dedicated space for adults only on the other side. Parents are expected to have kids within eyesight at all times and ensure they stay on the appropriate half of the bowling alley to protect medically vulnerable folks on the other side. \nMASKING\nThis is an N95 or KN95 masks required event for everyone except children under 2. There are no concessions\, and food/drink is not allowed in. If you need to unmask\, please leave the venue to do so. \nTICKETS\nEach alley accommodates up to five bowlers\, and each ticket is for one person in your party\, regardless of age.  Your ticket includes unlimited bowling during the 90 minutes we have the alley as well as bowling shoes. The arcade will remain open during our time at the alley.  If we have not received enough registrations by December 13th (50 tickets)\, I will cancel the event and all tickets will be refunded. Otherwise\, tickets are not refundable but may be transferred to another person. I am being charged $20 per person regardless of age\, with a guaranteed minimum of $1000. I’m passing along that cost (50 people at $20pp+1$ for paypal fees).

They’re giving us the entire space from 5-7pm on Dec 20th. I can accommodate 20 appointment slots. This means we can all be there together. \nPrecautions \nAll providers will be wearing n95 masks throughout\, and I will be bringing in every air purifier I have and will place them at 4:30pm. The space is HUGE\, but be aware\, the unmasked public will have been in the space until 5pm that day. \n
